Kyle Burns is a real estate agent in the West Michigan area and wanted to create a personal brand to represent himself as he grew his business. In the spirit of the home buying process, I came up with the alliteration of 'Close with Kyle' which would be used for his website and social media handles.
A wordmark logo was also developed once again keeping in mind his industry. Taking the basic silhouette of a house, the letter K was added to represent Kyle. A secondary branding color was added to the lefthand sliver of the logo for additional interest and also doubled as a subtle C, nodding to the Close with Kyle brand.
